Sometimes the personnel is incoherent with questions and instructions. I left the replacement part in the front passenger seat of my vehicle. The called my cell phone and told me it was the wrong part. That is because they looked in the rear of the vehicle. I had to get a ride back to the repair shop and : a- show them where the part was. B- show them it was the correct part. THEN is when a put in on my vehicle.
