First, Gauthier, as an AAA agent, came to my house to start my car on a Sunday. The response time was excellent, and the car promptly started. The repairman instructed me on how long to run the car to recharge the battery and advised me as to where I could get a new battery that day.

As I was not in a hurry I waited until Tuesday and went to their shop and ordered a new battery. They had one in stock and replaced my battery as I waited, about 30 minutes.
