Great customer service! I got a ride home after dropping my car off. Although they didn't have the part on hand it was delivered the following morning and the car was done by noon! Love the smaller shops.

I brought my 2010 Ford Sports Trac into Hickory Flat Hwy Automotive and asked if there was anyone available
to change my oil. He said yes and my vehicle was driven to the service bay immediately. I watched the Tech
servicing my SUV from waiting room window and I noticed he checked and added air pressure to each of my tires.
He indicated my 3rd brake light was out and replaced the bulbs at my request. After completing the oil change,
the tech thanked me for bringing my vehicle in. I plan to service two of my vehicles at this location in the future.

Always get my oil change done nice and quick and let me know of anything small that needs to get done like my air filter needs to be changed and they never put the oil change sticker on my tinted windows (always appreciated)
