Very nice and professional manager. The tech forgot to rotate my tires (I always mark them). This is the third consecutive time this has happened with Midas. Twice the Malden, MA location and then in Stoneham.

They tried to push unnecessary service on my brand new car (5 months). I had done oil change with tire rotation ( the car has 10k miles on it) which is free but they tried to convince me to do tire balance which is additional charge. Seriously?! Maybe on 30 year old F150 but not brand new Honda! I will never go back there. They thought I’m the easy idiot because I’m a woman and I don’t know anything. Shame on you! Oil change took 45 min because they all move there like they don’t have any purpose in life. You don’t like your job..... find something else.
