Staff were very considerate and helpful. They took care of my last minute brake issue on a Friday at 3:30 pm and had my vehicle ready roll by 5:15. Throughout the service staff were courteous and professional, updating me on each step of the process, upon inspection they informed me of the services required taking time to discuss options when ordering parts and explaining what I could expect after the installation, the "breaking in" period for new parts.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Precision Auto Repair. I took my car in because I needed a new alternator. Unfortunately the replacement alternator was defective and caused problems soon after I got my car home. I took my car back in and the faulty alternator was quickly replaced. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice and extremely appologetic even though what happened was not their fault. I heartily recommend Precision Auto Repair.

Very friendly. Listen to me while explaining the "noise" that was coming from what i thigh was the front brakes but turned out to be the back. Repair was done quickly and efficiently. Pricing was transparent.
